What do you think would be good strethes and exercises for cheerleading tryouts?

  1. here are some good stretches, sit in a stradle position on the floor and go down and try to touch your foot, hold it for 15 seconds then go to the other side and to the middle. another one is to put your legs straight out in front of you in a pike positon, point and flex your feet, then go downa nd touch your toes, also try these standing up, good luck at tryouts!
