What do you think would happen if a majority of women would outearn their men in a future society?

This may well be a realistic perspective in the near future, following the educational gap in favor of women and the general trend we can see in modern Western societies.

What may be the consequences for men´s and women´s roles in our society?

Women will become the wage slaves supporting the family, while men will get to stay home, chill out and play video games. Oh, and raise the kids of course. Good deal eh ;)

Become less strict and more relaxed in favour of personal choice? That does seem to be the trend currently anyway.

Women will take over just like they've always wanted to and I could care less.  Maybe Ill marry some rich women and take her money just like half the women in the US do now.  I wouldn't mind sitting on my *** while someone else does the work.

i think depression in men will rise due to lack of purpose in their lives and womens expectations will not lower they will get even more loftier and result in more unsatisfied women

Paying women less is not really "sexist" or "inferior."  Those terms shields what business owners are really doing, which is to make more money.  If you pay women less, more money goes to the owner.  They throw that term in to try to make sense for the masses.  In a way, that's how racism works.  You make an ethnicity feel inferior and the business owner pays them less.  Then that tension at work is taken to the home and personal racism sprouts.  Of course, the word racism makes no sense since there is one human race, yet people use that word to distinguish between ethnicities.
