What do you type in your message area on Messenger when you want to tell someone to stop being "Busy"

this person i wanna talk to always has their status as "busy"

what can i type to give them the clue that people like me want to talk to them

I would just say something like "hey, let me know when you're done doing what you're doing cause I need to talk to you." Or you could just IM them saying "hey" or make a joke saying "gosh, you're always busy when I want to talk!! hahaha"

I agree, you can just ask them if they are busy, or if they have some time to chat with you.. They could have put the status on, and forgotten that it's not back to "available". :) or yes, they could really be busy. But, you won't know until you ask.

can't you still send them an IM???  They'll get it, but they can ignore it.  Send them an email..maybe that'll get their attention

just ask if they are there at the computer. they may have stepped away or are on the phone or maybe even having s*x
