that means your wearing your nailpolish for too long, you have to take it off and let them breath without polish on them, leave them for a week and it will go away

lemon juice sometimes works, but try just filing the top of your nail where its yellowish.

then make a mixture of baking soda and water and apply it to each nail with a q tip. leave it on there until it hardens, then wash it off with warm water.

i've heard lemon juice might take the stain out. if not you just have to wait for it to grow out. and you should always put a clear coat first then your color to prevent the color from turning your nails yellow. :)

Soak nails in a small bowl of undiluted peroxide.  It's amazing what peroxide can do!  Hope it helps.  : -}

For nail polish stains on finger nails, the only real solution is prevention by using a good base coat before applying the colour. It is also a good idea to let clean nails rest for 24 hours before reapplying any sort of nail polish. However, it does not harm the nails to paint over them if they are stained so you can always use fresh nail polish to disguise your "yellowed" nails; otherwise it is really a matter of waiting for them to fade. Rubbing a fresh lemon wedge over stained nails may help.

there might be a medical rason for this condition, the body does have ways of telling you when something is wrong with the body and turning your nails yellow might be one of these ways, I would go see a medical doctor about this before you do something that will hide these warning sighns.
