  1. all you do is sucides and sit ups and pushups and other work outs nothing to do with volleyball what so ever

  2. Sometimes there are lunges across the courts, wallsits, pushups, situps, mountain climbers, and just overall volleyball.  SNLfan52's post tells the basic definition

You know that you are getting into good shape when you can feel all of your muscles aching.

Conditioning is a great thing to do, no matter how hard it hurts, Just keep going no matter what.

  3. running liners/suicides. pushups, sit ups, and i use bands to help strengthen my arms.

  4. Anything that strengthens your muscles. Watch out for lunges!! It's to get your heart working and to strengthen your muscles.

  5. running lines mostly

if your talking about drills you do lots of bump set spike drills

  6. Lines/suicides, difficult digging (someone deliberately makes you try to a dig a ball that is out of your reach to watch you hustle), blocking (jumping as high as you can with your hands up over the net) for several minutes, wall sits, sit ups, pushups, etc.

  7. you run mainly. and at my school you do net jumps. and you do lots of serving and spiking drills. also you stretch and do a lot of bumping drills like either with a partner or as a group. you also will probably scrimage.

                  Have fun!!!
