  1. I don't absolutely hate them. That'd be ridiculous. I may not necessarily agree with their decision, but I will respect it as long as they respect my decision not to eat meat.

This doesn't mean that I may not try to serve them delicious vegetarian food in an attempt to convert them every now and then  :-P

  2. I don't mind. We are omnivorous. I personally think the typical American diet is gross. It is meat oriented where meat is the only dish and everything else is after thought. Meat was never mouth watering for me to begin with.

But if that floats your boat, then let it float!

  3. Nope, not at all :)

I don't disrespect what they choose to do.

I just wish some of them would also do the same!

  4. it doesnt matter to me at all. thats like sayin what do non ice cream eaters think of ice cream eaters....only losers care

  5. Im sure most vegetarians and/or vegans don't mind unless they're that cruel! Im a veg but I don't mind them [=

  6. I don't hate anyone for what they eat.

Nearly everyone that I know eats meat, how could I hate them for how they were raised?

Most people have no idea what "farming" is like these days and they may even be too shocked to accept the truth.

  7. I do not hate somebody for what they eat. But I disapprove their act of eating meat. It is because their parents fed them with meat from their childhood days, and they grew up non-veg. We cant do anything about it, other than telling them with kindness, in a mild manner, what you are doing is wrong.

But definitely, they are favouring killing and abuse by their act. Hence it is a inhumane to do so. It will have far reaching consequences in their own lives. As a person who has already known this fact of life, I try to educate my fellows, with compassion. I do my part, without looking at my personal benefits.

  8. I have pity and compassion for meat eaters because they will live a shorter and far more painful life than I will.

  9. I do not hate them, as long as they respect my belifs then im fine.

  10. My whole family eats meat so I don't think I hate meat-eaters or dislike them for eating meat! If I did I'd be a loner or something!

  11. Meat-eaters can eat what they wish. I don't have to like it or agree with it.

Veg*ns can eat what we wish. Meat-eaters don't have to like it or agree with it.

But we SHOULD respect another's choice.

(unfortunately, it doesn't happen that often)

  12. I don't eat meat because I think it's nasty. I don't care if other people eat it. It doesn't bother me at all.

  13. I, as most vegetarians do, disapprove of the action of eating meat. However, I have nothing against meat-eaters themselves. The only time I get mad at meat-eaters is when they flaunt the fact that they eat meat in my face just to annoy me, like saying that they're going to eat twice as much meat now to make up for me.

As a vegetarian I am very respectful of my friends and family that eat meat, and I expect the same amount of respect from them concerning my diet. As long as that happens, I have nothing but appreciation for their acceptance of my choice.

  14. I don't hate them.  I just hate what they finance.

  15. i don't hate them because I'm the only vegetarian in  my family soo if i hated them i would be grounded.lol.i don't hate them but one person did come up to me and was like "if god didn't want us to eat animals then why did he make them taste so good?"but i do have to look away when someone goes to take a bite of meat.

  16. I think its a bit cruel and barrack eating innocent creatures, i am not keen on the idea of eating a lovely animals that roams the meadows and then bumped off just eat, after all if dogs were in the meadows would you eat them?

  17. i don't think any less of them.

i just think eating meat is absolutely disgusting. and it grosses me out seeing people eating it around me. but i can deal with it.. and i accept it as a part of life. just not mine.

also, if they stick it it my face, i really hate that! very disrespectful...

  18. im not veggie person but my friend is and she treats everybody the same.

  19. I think they're just like me.

They were raised by parents who fed them pieces of dead animals as though it was just another food, so now they eat it as though it's just another food.

They've been programmed and it's a difficult program to break free of.

Especially when you live in a society where most people had parents who programmed them in such a way.

And it's really not the parents' fault.

Their parents programmed them that way .. and their parents programmed them that way ... and so on.

It's now up to this more intelligent, more educated generation to break the chain.

To break free of their parents' programming and see things the way they really are.

To see the extreme pain and suffering the animals go through to produce the meat.

To see the physical and mental health benefits of not eating meat.

To see that we don't need to hurt or kill other beings to live.

So, yeah .. they're just like me.

They just haven't broken free of their programming yet.

  20. I respect them as long as they respect me. I really don't care what other people think. I am a vegetarian for myself not the rest of the people in the world, so why should I care what they say :)

  21. I have no hatred for meat eaters, sadly though the same cant be said in reverse.

This is another question that gets asked weekly here.

Veggies just want to live their lives the same as meat eaters do,but without the constant barrage of abuse that goes on to us for our choices.

I have said time and again, meat eaters come in the veggie section to make us justify our choices.

    Mine are moral,ethical and religious.

Meat eaters are misguided by thinking the animals don't suffer for them, and what annoys me is the narrow mindedness of meat eaters, but i guess that's all those toxins flowing round the body from eating dead stuff.lol

Many also say, "oh,i cant think where the meat comes from or i wouldnt be able to eat it".

    Says it all really huh?

I totally respect others, but am fed up with meat eaters bashing us,and trying to goad us,and us having to explain our choices daily to people who in the main don't get it..

Of course it would be better if nobody killed and tortured animals to satisfy meat eaters, but this is the real world, and animal suffering is sadly destined to stay as long as people sanction it by eating the dead carcasses.

Ever heard the expression "live and let live"?.

  22. I don't mind them at all as long as they don't make fun of what is happening to animals to get their meat, care at least a little about it, and don't hate on vegetarians and vegans.  The ones I hate are the ones who really don't give a c**p about animals, but that really has nothing to do with eating meat, that is just people in general.

  23. I have no problem with them.

  24. To the ignorants...

I still respect their "choice". In some part of world and ethnics still "surviving" on meat. In my opinion, if most urban meat eaters were to visit an industrial broiler house, to see how the birds are raised, and could see the birds being ‘harvested’ and then being ‘processed’ in a poultry processing plant, they would not be impressed and some,

perhaps many of them would swear off eating chicken and perhaps all meat.

    To the hypocrites...

Are the most dangerous species.... who enslave, castrate, experiment on, and fillet other animals—have had an understandable penchant for pretending animals do not feel pain. A sharp distinction between humans and ‘animals’ is essential if we are to bend them to our will, make them work for us, wear them, eat them— without any disquieting tinges of guilt or regret.

  25. I'm married to a person who eats meat.  2 out of 3 of my sisters who eat meat.  My parents eat meat.  My friends eat meat.

In short, I love many of them.

However, I think they don't think enough about how the meat gets to their plates.

  26. Well, I don't really mind. I could eat with my friends who aren't vegetarians. I eat with my family who aren't vegetarians either. I don't mind as long as no one makes rude comments or such about it.

  27. I don't mind what other people eat.

  28. I don't hate or disrespect PEOPLE who eat/use animal flesh and secretions.

It's the BEHAVIOUR that I disapprove of and disrespect.

EDITED: Your question is somwehat ridiculous.  How could you expect a person to form an opinion about another person whom they know nothing about with the exception of this ONE behaviour?  Sure it's a behaviour I find deplorable, but there's more to a person than eating habits.
