well let me see here for minute.

first things first,id bump them little to get attention.if that dont work id do it again little harder lol if that didnt work they be ditch bound and id stop for three reasons.

1. see if they ok

2. help them out car

3. just so i could shove phone in their ****!!!

Well for one its an option to care if you want over, not a rule go to new york city or chicago and you will think your blinker dont work

Oh I hate it when people do that. Of course sometimes it doesn't matter if they are on a cell phone or not some drivers just want to be a jerk and not let anyone over. But I would love to take their cell phone away and throw it into a lake and tell them to pay more attention to the road before they kill someone.
