  1. im not sure what your asking. if your asking for advice on child development then from experiance i can tell you this

All children are different, no 2 are the same

children develop at different times (mentally and physically)

you should always motivate the child in everything you do (whether it be washing the dishes or cleaning a shelf) children like to play games so turn simple jobs such as tyding away toys into a game (e.g you've got 5 minute to find barbie and put her in the dolls box)

reward children for simple things and punish for bad. in my old school we had a sticker chart with each childs name, then a list of jobs such ' tidy away pencils' ''good behavoir' e.t.c then at the end of each day you would place a star in the box if the child had done certain things and a sad face if the child had not. at the end of the week if the pupil had more than 5 stars then they were rewarded

not all methods work with children some like a physical approach e.g taking them to a farm whereas some would rather see pictures of the animals.

children like to feel that they are center of attention. even though there not! involve every child, this will save tantrums and arguments. also it will mean the child is tired at the end of the day and bed time should be easy

  2. actually didn completely get ur Q...but ill tell you some thing i know about child development..

    motor milestones

    -neck control - 3 months

    -sitting - 6 months

    -standing - 9 months

-walking without support - 1 year

    speech milestones

    -babbling - 3 months

    -1st word - 1 year

these are just the approximate norms of development..

no 2 children are same. even if a child develops much slower or much faster its not to be woried about....if there is too much delay, which is causing you to worry, you could consult a paediatrican or a speech language pathologist for further details..

if this was not what you were lookin for...then i wish you luck in finding what you want to find..
