  1. The location of recycling centers in all states

  2. Perhaps a proper description of www.freecycle.org where people can join groups to recycle their unwanted items by giving them to people who need them instead of throwing them away. Make sure to stress that when properly handled, a freecycle group works very well to help ease frustration of people not picking up items they say they "want"! All members of Freecycle groups are supposed to follow a code of behaviour listed in the Etiquette file, and one of the rules of that code is that you do not leave "Offerers" in the lurch by saying you will show up for something and then not show up for it. Moderators of Freecycle groups are free to ban such members to safeguard the peace and ensure that the group members can feel "secure" in transactions they make through the group. It's too bad there are always new members who do not read the rules of etiquette and end up being troublesome.

  3. I would like to find people who would respond to free-cycled items they "Wanted", and turn up to collect when they say they will. I am getting very frustrated by time wasters, I could be sorting out other items, were I not hanging around waiting.Sadly, I cannot deliver as no help with lifting items into car.

  4. TREEHUGGER.COM!!!! You have to check it out! It's the coolest website ever! Totally appropriate, a place to be informed, and share ideas and your concerns for the sake of the environment with fellow treehuggers! Super Cool!

  5. I want to know where to take my old electronic equipment like TV's, dvd players, vcr's, computer equipment, ect.

  6. I would like local adresses for recycling my aluminium foil, please.   I have been saving it compulsively, since being brought up to save foil for "Guide Dogs for the Blind" - but my children's schools did not have schemes for this.

    Thanks for asking.
