  1. You should wear as little as possible because you don't want to sweat and then have your sweat freeze on to you.

I've slept outside in -24 deg C in the Arctic before.

Make sure you have a decent sleeping bag.

The army issue 'Norgy' tops and long-johns are great as underlayers.

Wear one thermal layer and keep extra layers inside your bag should you need them. Add layers if you start to feel cold, remove layers if you start to sweat. I sleep with my trousers down and pull them up if I feel cold. It might be a pain but the best method is to constantly regulate your body temperature.

    Keep your head well covered

**Important** Refrain from sticking your face inside the bag, your breath will condensate, you'll get very wet and the wetness may freeze. Tighten your sleeping bag right up so that only your face is exposed.

Have some warm food and drink, keep your calories up.

  2. um well pyjamers and a hoody i always take, once i wore two hoodys and was still freezing so you could buy some of them thermals that you wear underneath your clothes.

Also i would advice you wear big socks, like skiing socks.

    and thats about it really

    Hope this helps (:

  3. Just like during daylight hours when one is out and about, you layer your clothing.  I wear a full-length set of cotton unmentionables, under a full-length set of woolen underwear - here in the USA  we call them "long johns".  And if it's really, really cold - and it can get well below zero here in upstate New York - a second set of long johns over the first two.  And I'm not above slipping into the tent with a bottled-gas fueled heater!  Just remember said heaters produce carbon monoxide fumes and you dare not use them in a tightly-sealed tent!

  4. Sweats

  5. sweat pants, tshirt or tank. something comfortable and light but I would suggest long pants because of the bugs.

  6. clothes

  7. Depends what country your camping in. UK need some warm PJ's and an electric blanket!!

  8. i just wear the clothes i had on lol

    oxegen 07 rock on!

  9. Depends!  If it is warm, just in my boxers.  If I am elk hunting I am in full thermals.

  10. Thermals and Arctic sleeping bag.

  11. That's all down the the weather but usually some warm pj's cos it can get very cool at night just about most places. I generally keep a jumper close by too because i've woken up in the middle of the night shivering more than once. Oh and socks too, but then my feet are always cold.

  12. the hide of my dinner

  13. Snuggle-bunny jammies.  The kind with feat.
