  1. What ever you think best suits the charterer the best. They'll over it and they'll give you a better score.

  2. Like the first person said, if it's for school, whatever you want. If it's professional or for something like a community theatre, wear something like the character would wear. I have a best friend who auditioned for Oliver AS Oliver, and she wore some neutral pants and a dark green tee, that she got in the boy's section because of the cut of the clothes. She also put her hair up, as of course, she's a girl, and she put it up in a hat. Most of the time girls are Oliver, just a lil tip. ;) But, wear something dressy if you'd like, maybe some khakis and a nice shirt or if you want, maybe just jeans and a cute shirt. It all depends on what impression you want to make, if you're going for more relaxed and confident, I'd go for the jeans and cute shirt. If you're going for more of a profesional vibe, then I'd dress up.

Hope I helped, and GOOD LUCK!

  3. if it's for school, usually you end up just wearing whatever you want. but what most professionals do, is they dress up the way they think the character would dress.

  4. Something tasteful and doesn't show too much skin.

I recommend and a nice top which can be sleeveless and a knee length skirt. If you wear something too short it can mess with your audition. If you are going to wear heels, try to keep them 2" or smaller. The taller the heel can limit your mobility. Best stick to neutral colors and nothing to bright. Black is ok too. :) And if you snag a second audition, it's best to wear the same outfit to trigger their memory. ;)

    Hope that helps.
