What do you wear under spandex???

I am going to be on a team this year but I do not know what to wear under my spandex since everything pretty much shows through and looks reallly bad. Anyone have a suggestion?

nada.. nada d**n thing.. its basically underwear, you wear your regular team shorts OVER the spandex.

Nothing would help with the panty lines and stuff...but they is also something called seemless underwear and those are comfortable but if you still think thats not good enough, a thong works just as well!

I play volleball and I usually wear a thong or nothing, depending on how short the spandex is.

Either a sports thong or nothing.  I would recommend to wear nothing.

Try wearing slim lined underwear or a thong; they don't show as much or look as bad as regular underoos!

You shouldnt wear anything under spandex, I dont. For females though, you may want to wear a thong.

I would suggest wearing nothing, it does seem kinda gross, but spandex are very tight and whatever you have on under them will feel even tighter... I wear nothing because it save you from having to dislodge your thong whenever it's outta place... If you don't feel comfortable going with nothing, go with a thin panty, thong, really go with whatever feel the most comfortable to you
