  1. I either come here to find something to make me laugh or go to youtube and look up videos. Stay in bed and read a good book helps sometimes too!

  2. Sometimes you just go with the flow. It will pass. Feelings are transient. Or you can analyze it like the other girl mentioned. Her answer was very good.

  3. Try to snap yourself out of it.  If you realize you are being that way, you can change your feelings or at least try to.  I know that sometimes you just can't control your emotions, but you have to try.

  4. Well depending upon your age and gender it can be several things:

    1. Hormones.  Any change in hormones can cause you to spontaneously feel different.  Especially girls/women...thus the reason there is PMS right before a girls/woman's cycle.  The thrust of hormones causes her to be the "seed of Chucky" for a moment.

    2.  Diet.  Sugars, salts and other foods can cause a change in your body which in turns changes your response to things.

    3.  Sleep habits.  If you don't get enough sleep your body will react in various ways.  Lack of sleep can make you irritable later in the day.

    4.  Poor exercise.  All those toxins in your body can have an adverse affect on your brain, blood and heart.

    5.  Stress.  Stress is a silent killer because most people don't realize they have it.  You go through alot of things at one time it will start to build and you'll find yourself acting out.

    6.  Maturity level.   Puberty is a shift in hormones and can last for several years.  Menopause in women over 40 is a shift in hormones and can last for several years.  Teenagers bodies are growing and changing and so thus the reason most of them feel hopeless and crazy at that age.  If you last till at least 20-25 you'll get over most of the strange feelings you have in your teens.

So what do you do?  First figure out what is causing it.  Breath and evaluate what the voices in your head are telling you.  Is it really that bad or do you just need to etiher eat, sleep, exercise or walk away?  I know I get real cranky when I don't eat in time.  so guess what, I go eat and then I"m fine.
