im not Jewish but i was invited to the bat mitzvah. i am getting her some jewelry, but im not sure what im supposed to write in the note!

  1. You could write "happy birthday", (since they are generally around a person's 13th birthday),

    or Mazel Tov!  (it means congratulations of sorts)

    You could also write congratulations!
