  1. There's many more insulting shirts than that in the world, and that isn't even mildly insulting.

  2. That shirt is just creepy/weird. I can't imagine anyone woman in her "right" mind would wear it let alone buy it!!!

I would love to know who the genius that thought that slogan up was. If I knew I could stand nest to him/her with a "I am with stupid"  t-shirt on.......just cause you have money doesn't mean you have taste.

This is just as tasteless as the "Knocked Up" t-shirt woman were wearing a few years ago. LOL

  3. I thought I read that so many complaints had been lodged that the shirts were not going to be sold anymore.  I think there was an adoptee (Gershom, I think) who e-mailed the seller and explained why it is so offensive.  As an adoptive mom, I added my comments, too.  I think it's offensive to anyone who understands how complicated adoption is, and that it's not something to advertize as if it's the latest hobby or fad.

  4. honestly, i am not trying to be rude, but i dont understand whats so wrong with them? i see shirts that say baby with an arrow pointing down, whats wrong with those? nobody complains about them, if that person cant have a baby, then maybe adoption is all they have left, and they are proud that they are getting blessed and people should be proud if a person is willing to adopt a child for a better life.

  5. What's wrong with you people - you need counseling to be that offended by a shirt.

  6. What does it matter to you? If someone wants to buy them, they can. Otherwise, they will just end up never being sold.

  7. you simply go to the "contact us" link, and draft your complaint into to link provided. don't worry too much about a template; simply write what you feel.

    use this format:

    -identify the t-shirt

-state why you think the shirt is offensive (it marginalizes pregnancy, it make pregnancy into a "fad", it doesn't acknowledge the enormous physical and emotional toll pregnancy takes on a woman...)

-request that the shirt be removed.

and for those who don't understand why one would be offended, it's clear most of you have never been pregnant and/or relinquished for adoption.  also, it's very common for people to not understand the pain of others, and simply dismiss them as "sensitive."  as b. obama stated, we "[americans] suffer from an empathy deficeit."

many of us are indeed offended because the shirt marginalizes pregnancy as simply "growing a tummy and having a kid."  that's not true.  pregnancy is a physical, emotinal and sometimes, a serious medical condition , which is not easy. not effortless and "full of perks" as the designer purported.

it's absolutely offensive. and i find it "offensive" when people attempt to tell me what should and should not offend me. IMO anyone who lacks the ability to empathize with another's pain is the one's who require counseling.

  8. What's wrong with people? What's next? "Cocaine is the new tabbaco?"

  9. check the website for a "contact us" section. Usually there will be an 800 number or other way to contact a company. You can then call or write your complaint in.

  10. Write your congressman.  YOu are wasting your time.  THis is a useless topic.
