In alaska they're 995 _ _ in Texas they're 773_ _. But what are they in Ireland? 123_ _?

  1. There are no zipcodes in Ireland.  Dublin has postal codes for different areas, such as Dublin 4, Dublin 9, etc

    there's postcodes for Dublin and they're only 1 or 2 digits long :)

  3. there are no zip codes. In Dublin  you give the address with a code for what part of Dublin it is, any place on the north side is an odd number and the south side have even numbers. IE Ballyfermot Dublin 10.

    In other counties it is enough to give the town, ie Celbridge Co Kildare.

    And in more rural places a house name , a lot of people name their homes ; Dun Ravin or beach view etc.and the nearest town will do, like Ballyvaughan . The postmen are usually local , and know everyone anyway.
