  1. Dear Jose,

You must have to authenticate your marriage contract, birth certificates of your children from the embassy of UAE in your home country, and ministry of foreign affairs in UAE.

Also you have to legally translate your marriage contract into Arabic (Many legal translation centers you can find here).

Wife's birth certificate is not required to attest or translate, it is only mentioned for dependent kids.

    Best of Luck

    Thx

  2. Kabayan, you need to apply for authentication of your marriage certificate and your children's birth certificate to our DFA and UAE Embassy, and as of my experienced for my family visa application here before, I did not go to UAE ministry of foreign affairs here for attestation, I knew its one of the requirement aside from the arabic translation.

You know what i did to cut the expenses (one of our kabayan told me also) - I go direct to arabic translation office in salam st. ( but you'll find a lot in hamdan st but all of them required attestation from the ministry - if you are here in Abu Dhabi you better go to the only one translation office near in Lulu Center at Salam St. they will translate your documents even without being attested by the ministry) this is just my suggestion if you want to save some time & money.

  3. As a matter of fact yes. Your marriage certificate and the birth certificate of each children has to be attested.
