What documents do i need to bring my chihuahua on board?

i am from Malaysia. i would like my chihuahua in the cabin (as in hand luggage) when i board a plane and my destiny is to Canada. What document do i need to pass the security check and Quarentine? Any good advice?

I would def. bring his ID tags and any shot records and examinations from the vet with you. I would call up the airlines, and ask them for further details, you dont want to forget something when you leave that would be a nessesity for bringing on your dog.

It shouldnt be too hard to get him through...he is a small dog so im sure you will be just fine!

Also, take your dog to the vet, and have them examine him/her to make sure he.she is ok to ride in a plane, and make sure his / her ears are cleaned out, so the ears can pop easily!!
