1.a Copy of your passport or Birth certificate

2.Proof of current adress

3. $ 25 dollars in Cash or Money order

Photos  are usually normally not need because they will be taken at the consulate

For the Passport you Just need to pay $65 dollars and present them Your Cedula de Vencidad or Certificación de Cédula and two copies of if it

Both Procedures must be done in person at your nearest Guatemalan consulate
