I do, I do.    It's when there is the wrong voltage between the electric throtlle body, and the electric gas padle assemblys.  Either there is something wrong with the throttle body electric motor, the gas padle was disconnected, or  there might be something else Im overlooking. New cars come with a electric throttle. the way it works is it has 2-3 voltages on the throttle.  the first voltage when the throttle is closed is at 6 volts and as you step on the gas it gradually gets closer to 0. and is the reverse for the second voltage. One voltage goes up the other goes down. Check and balance.
