I have a sprinkler timer I purchased last year, and I have lost the directions. It does not have a brand name on it anywhere. It is easy to select the time of watering, but for frequency you can select 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. You can only select one of these...what do these mean? I thought it was for 1st Sunday, 2nd Tuesday but that wouldn't make sense because you can only select one and I want to water my yard more than once a week. Any advice?

  1. The numbers should be the stations(zones) in your system.

    i.e.- #1- front yard, #2- side yard, # 3- back yard, #4...#5....

Then you should be able to set the stations to a timer on specified days.

    i.e.- Station 1 & 2 on A @ 3 times a week for 20 min.

Mine is standard and it has the switches for zones 1-4 that I switch to schedule A or B and on the side it has the schedule A & B with switches 1-5 (1 being 1 day, 2 for 2 days....5 for 5 days).  So I set station 1 & 2 on schedule A and 3 & 4 on B.  Then I set A & B for 3 days a week.  Sounds confusing but it's easy! Just Play with it and you'll figure it out! Hope this was helpful!

  2. should be stations.   When your sprinklers go on,  do they water everything at once,  or certain parts of the lawn.  That would be station 1,  2,  3.  I believe mine goes up to 6

  3. Could it be times that you could set for watering?

  4. that really doesn't make sense, Im thinking it must be for 1st 2nd  3rd etc zones on your system. wich means like front yard back yard shrubs etc.
