What does 300£pcm mean?

my doubt is about the PCM. like:

I currently have a single room @ £325pcm inclusive of all bills, a gardener and a weekly cleaner.

just means £300 per calender month, in other words its £300 a month

You pay 325 pounds per callender month, eg, from the 1st of February to the 1st March, even though Feb is a short month.  :)
