What does '' oozes midwestern nice '' mean? Someone please tell me!?

Someone said on HBKfanforever's question '' Do you like Clint Bowyer ''? I noticed that someone said that '' Clint oozes midwestern nice ''! What does that mean?!

Clint is just a Midwest boy that is down to earth, very nice and still has some humility.  Midwest nice (I've also heard Minnesota nice used in similar context) is just a generalization of the bulk of the people that live there.  Everybody is pretty helpful and friendly, we often wave to somebody walking along that we don't even know.  If somebody is broke down on the road we stop and see if they need help.  Clint smiles a lot and has an upbeat attitude, I would agree that he "oozes Midwestern nice."
