  1. The grammar there is a bit shaky- I'd double-check the wording in that brochure or whatever else the source is if I were you. Having said that, the people who said that it refers to dinner at the Eiffel Tower and a cruise down the Seine River are correct.

    Double check that grammar.  

    Fleuve means river.  The Seine is the river that flows through paris.  And Croisiere means cruise.

    Is it a dinner at the eiffel tower or are they calling it an eiffel tower dinner as their theme?  Because if you are having dinner on a river cruise in Paris you will likely float by the eiffel tower.  

    So my guess is a dinner cruise on the Seine that at some point will be sailing by the Eiffel tower.  Catchy theme to attract a tourist.

    It sounds like a travel Brouchure.  It costs more than 65 euro per person I think.  (65 euro = 100 dollars?)

    It is more expensive in the later evening.
