i want to take supplements that are as natural as possible, otherwise why de-tox your body if you are only adding more junk? should any of these 'other ingredients' cause me concern?

  1. Silica or silicon dioxide is added to powdered herbs and other supplements to make them flow through the machinery without clogging up. It is inert and harmless. When silica is ingested orally, it passes unchanged through the gastrointestinal tract, exiting in the f***s, leaving no trace behind. If it is breathed in (aspirated) repeatedly (by someone working unprotected) it can cause damage to the lungs, bronchitis or even cancer.

Some of the "best" natural supplement manufacturers don't use silica but have production stoppage to unclog the machinery, making their product more expensive to produce.

  2. aspirated means let air in i think

  3. Why on earth do people want to take supplements is beyond me, if you eat an healthy balanced diet (fresh fruit and veg), drink plenty of water and take regular exercise  your body is having all the nutrients it needs. recent research showed that supplements were a rip-off anyway (Which magazine and UK TV).

Aspirated means in your Lungs and you don't want that!

  4. Aspirated means you get it into your lungs instead of swallowing into your stomach.
