What does 'capias attachment of the body' mean?

Capias means order.  Capias attachment of the body means arrest the person/body of the named person.  Habeas Corpus means produce the body before a magistrate/judge.  Corpus Juris means body of law, etc.

In Texas it would be like a " Writ Of Attachment". This means that any duly authorized official of the State is to pick your Body up and Deliver ot to the Required Person or Place that is stated on the Writ. This is much like the Repossession of a Car. The judge orders a " Writ of Attachment" and anyone cam Exercise that Writ and pick the car up.

A capias is a civil warrant for arrest.  Therefor it would mean an arrest of the body of the person specified in the warrant or capias.
