  1. In Paris, after the ZIP (there is a special ZIP for the CEDEX), you have a number :

    75896 Paris cedex 07

The "07" is the number of the district...

  2. CEDEX, Courrier d'Entreprise à Distribution EXceptionnelle, is designed for recipients of large volumes of mail.

A postal code is allocated to each large organisation or to post office box holders.

  3. Hiya,

As Riffilane already told you it is a special service for companies which receive a huge amount of letters and parcels per day.

The CEDEX (CDX) is the equivalent of PO Box.

    Cheerio.

  4. the equivalent of a P.O. Box

  5. As others have said its for firms that recieve large amounts of post to make it easier for the post office. It will still get through ifyou dont put the cedex details down
