What does 'special margin requirements' mean for a stock I want to sell?

I want to sell 100 shares of NWS from my stock portfolio. I am prompted that I must be aware that this security has special margin requirements. The *estimated total is $1,371. The margin for this stock is: --% and the concentration requirements are: -- 30% 30% per the guidelines. What does this mean to my trade? Thanx.

  1. As a seller, it means absolutely nothing for sellers in their cash account.

    It is the coding that is in the order entry system, but it is intended for sellers of the stock that may have remaining postions in their margin account or for buyers in the stock.
