What does Aries rising physical appearance look like?

Most old basic astrology books can answer this one for you, but I'm not convinced. Maybe Aries ascendant suggests distinctive scars or blemishes on the face, but that is about it.

Macho or masculine appearance, and maybe red hair is indicative, but so many other factors are involved both inside and outside the chat ( like biology and genetics ) that I wouldn't bother.

I don't know about Aries Rising, but the all the Aries Sun people I know are tall and lean or fit.

From what I've read and seen...

Well-built, not necessarily big but not weak-looking, possibly somewhat muscular/athletic, has a strong brow and thick eyebrows, a large forehead..

Walks very fast (so true), walks with good upright posture.

I read those things about aries rising and looking at someone with that placement, they do seem to be true.
