What does BAC and TBC mean on a MLS listing?

  1. Some of the MLS listings are meant for agents only and have cryptic abbreviations that even the agents don't remember (there are 200 categories) so they only remember by looking at the notations.

    If the words after BAC  say   "1-7,500"  then BAC is short for Backyard Size.   You can only determine the meaning of TBC by looking at the entry next to it.   So if is says New Flooring then TBC was 'To Be Completed" by seller.

    There are a whole bunch of abbreviations that are used and understood by most agents.   T/O means throughout  as in Carpet T/O.     MBR is master bedroom.  3G is triple garage.    I've never heard of BAC or TBC used in that sense. /


  2. Are you an agent?  If not, this raises the concern about secure information on the MLS that should be for the eyes of agents and brokers only.  I would suggest if you are an agent, then contact the listing agent.
