  1. bodily damage is injury you cause to others and property damage is damage to others property.  you need to carry medical coverage on your policy for you to be covered medically

  2. No.  Your insurance covers liability for injury you may cause to others.

  3. Is this an auto policy?  If so, auto policies do cover some medical expenses.  Nevertheless, check with your agent to be sure.

Bodily damage: sickness, injury or death.

Property Liability: Damaged to property, like a building, fence, etc...

  4. OK, it says bodily injury/property damage.   Bodily injury, is when someone gets hurt.   Property damage is when someTHING gets hurt.  Person - bodily.   Thing - property.

Neither will cover your medical bills.   What you have to look for, is MEDICAL PAYMENTS coverage.  It's a different coverage, and you pay extra for it.

  5. I'm assuming you are talking about your auto insurance?  If so, the bodily injury and property damage limits only cover the other vehicle and their passengers.  Make sure to carry health insurance for yourself.
