"I expressed my grave concern about the disproportionate response of Russia," Bush said of his talk with Putin. "We strongly condemn bombing outside of South Ossetia."

Does Bush imply that bombing in South Ossetia is ok? Not a very clever approach to say the least.

  1. i'd rather have Bush as president than obama

  2. Georgia used military force and went in to S. Ossetia

Russia said its goal was to fight back Georgia from that province

Taking the fight outside of S. Ossetia is being seen as Russia's attempt to overthrow the Georgia government.

  3. no, he actually has called for a seize fire on Georgia. Georgia is looking to perhaps join NATO and become friends with the U.S. and has offered some troops. Bush is not an outstanding public speaker, and sometimes gets mixed up. But he is not supporting bombing South Ossetia.

  4. oh my dear... even bush dosent know what he means
