  1. Here are two probabilities :

    1. Cash Against Delivery - meaning pay cash upon delivery of goods

    2. Cash (in) ADvance - meaning pay online / upfront first before goods are delivered

  2. Computer Aided Drafting or Computer Augmented Drafting. I've heard both ways. Never heard it used though in terms of on-line shopping. Maybe somethin' somethin' delivery.
