  1. Here goes:

The defendant is to be held in the custody of the Bureau of Prisons (CBOP) for 210 total months, based upon conviction of count 1 and count 7 of the Indictment, in which the defendant was sentenced to 210 months on each count, to be served at the same (concurrent) time.

Upon release from the BOP, the applicant is to serve a term of 5 years supervised release (count 1); which includes the sentence of supervised release of count 7 (3 years).

$200 administrative costs to be paid by the defendant.

The defendant has given up his right to appeal the court's decision.

After the sentencing hearing, the defendant was transported and guarded by the US Marshall's service, until the appliant is transported to the custody of the BOP.
