What does CGU stand for?

Question

I know what a CGU-1B is (a tie down strap), but I need to know what "CGU" stands for. And don't tell me it doesn't stand for anything...my husband's intructors at Air Assualt School told them the first to find the answer gets bonus points or something. All I know is he needs the answer and I can't find it.

Im just taking a guess but I'd say either common grounding unit or cargo grounding unit.

Trust me, I've spent a long time trying to figure out the system we use to identify our equipment. It does not stand for anything. You can ask a dozen more times and it still won't.
