What does CRC eligible mean?

I got asked if I'm CRC eligible and I don't know what it means. I looked it up on google but got some results that did not fit the context. It would be a job in case management (psychology/human services). thanks

Maybe it means Career Resource Center.

If that is the case then it refers to some program/assistance offered by "some" CRC and they want to know if you qualify for it.

It might also refer to Civil Rights Center, in which is would refer to some program the Civil Rights Center has established.

I do believe it refers to some govnerment (federal, state, ...) agency and a program, they hope they get funding from the state if they hire you. I base this fact on the language used.
