    This means welcome.  Literally: "a hundred thousand welcomes."  This phrase is mostly used by Tourism Ireland and  Fáilte Éire.

    Fáilte would be more common to express welcome.  you will often see it posted in grocery shops, shopping centres, and stuff around Ireland
