What does Channel 1 On demand from comcast have on it?

I am getting the comcast triple play thing where you get internet, phone and tv. I am wondering about the tv... it says you get channel 1 on demand. What does it have on it? Like rent movies, watch random shows whenever you want, record things and stuff? Also about how many channels does it have on it?

It has new releases which is pay per view movies.  It also has the free spot which is programming from other channels such as a&e, comedy central, history channel and so on.  It will let you pull shows from their library and let you watch them as if you had them on dvd.
