    First take off the skin and cook the chorizo on the stovetop. Chop it up like you are cooking ground beef. While that is cooking blend 4-5 tomatoes, 2-3 garlic cloves, about 1/8 or 1/4 of an onion, 2-3 jalapeno peppers and about 4 tablespoons of salt with about 4-6 cups of water. Then after the meat is done cooking pour the sauce you just made over the chorizo and let it cook in the pan for 20 minutes. Serve it like soup with tortillas.. its very yummy.
