What does DELIVERED mean?

Question

I've check the tracking number of my shipment via Fedex,and it says DELIVERED.I'm wondering was it means...if the shipment only arrived in the destined country or was actually delivered on the exact address.

Any answers?

That is SUCH a basic word.

If you don't know that...You need some serious help.

It means FedEx delivered it to the address on the address label and someone accepted delivery of it.
