What does DRY DOCKING mean?

so i asked my guy friend wuts up and hes like nuttin jsut dry dockin what does this mean im so confused and he was like we did it the other day but im not sure wut that means

or it means you p**p in a toilet with no water in there...

According to the urban dictionary:

1.  drydock  

When at a party where you don't know the owner make your way to the bathroom. Turn off the water to the toilet (valve behind toilet) then flush all the water out. Once it is dry take a big c**p in it.

Dry docking is when a boat is pulled out of the water, usually for repairs and maintenance.

I suppose you could use the term to suggest that you're taking time out to recuperate...

Or else the poor boy is the one who is confused and he means dry humping/rooting which is the motion of sexual intercourse with out actual penetration (usually because your teenagers and fully clothed).
