  1. Eritrea signed the Kyoto protocol.

Eritrea is one of the poorer nations in the world and their per capita CO2 emission is only about 2% of the average Americans.  So I don't think Eritrea is causing the problem.

  2. Nothing.

But who wants to help global warming or even global cooling, for that matter?

Since it's now been proven that humans don't cause climate change, there's nothing any country can do to help or stop global warming.

In the US we've been lowering pollution levels drastically for decades now.  Better than any other country.  I don't know if Eritrea has pollution problems, but generally low income countries have the worst pollution.  The best way to clean the planet is to help poorer countries improve their economies.

  3. Well, supposedly we should plant trees and, if you look at Eritrea on a map, tilted 45 degrees to the left, Eritrea is shaped like a tree?
