Really nothing.  I lived there 17 years and recently here most of he European nations have elected conservative governments.

I came to US and became a US citizen, I don't want to be a citizen of the world..I want to be a citizen of US, unlike Obama......

Nothing.  Everything that Christine listed translates to higher taxes.  We are not a socialist country!  I want capitalism and freedom.

One thing you have is votes of no-confidence; if that was possible in American politics, we wouldn't have had to wait to get rid of some of our more notorious figures. Some people have mentioned socialized medicine; that gives the least care to the most people. Don't you think we've seen what passes for dental care in the UK? I have several chronic conditions, so I would have died under that system.
