Dallas FC is emulating a club in England (such as Southampton FC), Real Salt Lake is emulating a Spanish club (Real Madrid, Real Zaragoza), and Houston Dynamo emulates a Russian club (or clubs in former Soviet states) such as Dynamo Moscow or Dinamo Kiev.
