I watched for a few minutes, which was all I could stand.

They were saying that Biden is an attack dog, he talks too much,  he's a plagarist, he represents stagnation not change because he's been a Senator for so long. (of course, their major criticism of Obama is that he hardly  had any time in the Senate, lol)
