What does Grande Fica mean??

When Madonna was inducted into the UK Music hall of fame The British artist Tracey Emin presented the award and gave a speech, referring to madonna as a grande Fica (not sure on the spelling of it, thats just a guess). any body know what that might mean, and what language it is??

That is in italian but the last word is not correct.

It means Grand or Big C....T whatever the word.

Fica means (female genitals) but in a bad way >>c..nt
