What does I'm just tired mean?

Random question, and its not about me. I have a friend and he was seeing this girl, and everything was cool up until a while ago, the girl and him had a massive confrontation about some non-disclosable matter, and she just said to him I'm tired, and with that they went opposite directions.

What does that mean??..Did he get dumped?
