  2. In one word - DIVINE. Indian cuisine is amongst the most popular in the world. We have so many dishes and each has a tradition and history behind it. Every region has a different cuisine. And they all taste heavenly, be it veg or non veg. Main course or dessert..........

  4. Indian food is delicious blend of beautiful flavors and spices, ingredients mixed with "love" and served with" respect"...which makes it an unique unforgettable event.

Real Indian food is  the food where you actually taste the basic ingredient like a simple vegetable or a mutton curry. It's known for selected herbs and spices but not necessarily be hot & spicy.a dish is well cooked when the spices blend into the gravy and the meat. The spices do not  have disparate flavours, or taste raw. No one spice  over-power the other or completely hide the true taste of the vegetable or meat being cooked. It  help maintain and enhance the character of the dish, give it colour and fragrance .

India is vast country with various cultures and cuisines like spicy punjabi,  sweet Gujrati, simple south Indian, or shahi rajasthani .

Basically it suits to every palate.

  5. The ingredients in most of the curries are: Cilantro, red chili and tomatoes. These are the same ingredients used to make Mexican Salsa. Both Mexican and India foods also use beans. The major exception is exception is cheese. Indian Curries use very little cheese. There are dishes made with Cheese called Paneer. Paneer is same as Mexican Queso Blanco.

Both Mexican and Indian Cuisines also use flat breads. Mexican Tortilla  is just thinner than Indian Roti.

If you like Mexican food, you will love Indian food and vice-versa.

The Indian desserts are very sugary and sweet. If you are new to India food, try Gajar Halwa (comparable to Carrot cake), Kheer (Comparable to Rice pudding), and Kulfi (Comparable to Popsicle made with nuts and condensed milk).

  6. My tastebuds would say a fusion of many different spices.
