I would say anything over 70 for a couple of months with no rain.....

Around 25Ã‚Â°C or more. Once it get s****. more than 25Ã‚Â°C like nearer 28/29 it makes the news (not just the weather forecast bit).

(thats 77F but we dont use Fahrenheit here)
