  1. The Way of the Intercepting Fist

  2. Way of the Intercepting Fist.

One of the methods Bruce Lee favored in fighting is to check another persons attack, but not by simply blocking but with an attack of your own. Similar to what is found in fencing(one of several arts Bruce Lee favored in creating Jeet Kune Do). Hence the term "intercepting".

  3. Jeet Kune Do means "The Way of The Intercepting Fist" in Cantonese, a Chinese dialect.

  4. It means "way of the intercepting fist" it was the brain child of Bruce Lee and in many ways it is what we call today MMA or mixed martial arts

  5. Way of the Intercepting Fist.

Hope this helped, I'm 100% sure it's the answer... lol I'm a Bruce Lee fanatic.
